Since Sept 2016 –2024 (more than 50 months), Prodigy provided comprehensive monitoring services for WFP Yemen, including distribution monitoring, post-distribution monitoring, beneficiary verification, and remote verification. The project involved managing field officers who conducted 871 field visits monthly, providing reports, developing monitoring tools, and creating a web-based dashboard for project tracking.
